Another way of living the training 

The areas of intervention offer planning and coaching through:

  • professional development of the individual considering contest and personal attitudes 
  • centrality of the person and his role in the civil society 
  • progressive integration in the territorial economy and the production system
  • sharing of values for personal growth and awareness
  • attention to the most vulnerable, at risk of marginalization or with specific risks
  • focus on equal opportunities, principles of democracy and solidarity 

Enaip organizes vocational and educational training courses in 18 Lombard locations: Bergamo, Busto Arsizio, Cantù, Como, Cremona, Dalmine, Lecco, Magenta, Mantova, Melzo, Milano, Monticello Brianza, Morbegno, Romano di Lombardia, Varese, Vigevano, Vimercate, Voghera. The training covers all production sectors: from restauration to manufacturing, from wellness to services, from tourism to agriculture, from IT to communication, from mechanics to plant engineering. Thanks to grants, many of our courses, despite having a high educational and qualitative value, can be provided at no costs to users. 

Tools and methodologies

Often we start from a common base on which to build personalized paths and projects in respect of educational, pedagogical, training and professional methodologies. 

  • planning, management and enhacement of professional training, guidance, coaching, accompaniment and insertion in the labour market targetted to young people and adults, employed and unemployed, employees or business owners 
  • provision of support services for technological, managerial and organizational innovation of institutions, companies or third sector 
  • research and development, new technologies, web and digital
  • selection and management of human resourses 
  • planning, organization and management of observatories aimed at supporting public, private and third sector subjects, with the monitoring of the socio economical reality 

Enaip Lombardia has adopted since 2011 its own Code of Ethics and the Organizational Model in appplication of Legislative Decree 231/2001.The Code of Ethics indicates principles and rules of conduct to which the managers, employees and collaborators of the Foundation must comply.
