OBJECTIVES
- To improve the sharing of good practices in waste management in food sector in terms of a "zero waste" approach between European countries
- To implement the professional competences of the staff who work/will work in the food sector with the aim of "zero waste"
- To promote the reduction of waste through reuse, recycle, repairing, rethink the external and internal reduction for an integrated system for the management of waste, with the main objective of an efficient application of "zero waste"
- To contribute to the development of the waste management system and defining the necessary elements to ensure the sustainability of the food sector, to minimize waste and to optimize the conservation of resources within all partner countries.
